6. Workmanship & Equipment Warranty
Blue Diamond is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable systems.

Workmanship Warranty

All installations completed by Blue Diamond are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of practical completion
This warranty covers defects arising directly from installation workmanship under normal operating conditions

Extended Warranty with Maintenance Plan
Customers who enrol in an approved maintenance agreement plan may be eligible for an extended workmanship warranty of:

24 to 36 months, depending on the selected plan and ongoing compliance with scheduled servicing requirements

To maintain eligibility, systems must be serviced in accordance with the agreed maintenance schedule.

Manufacturer Equipment Warranties
Equipment supplied and installed may include manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from:

5 years, 7 years, or up to 10 years, depending on the product and brand

These warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their individual terms and conditions. Blue Diamond will reasonably assist with warranty claims where applicable.

Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply in the following circumstances:

Damage or failure caused by neglect, lack of maintenance, or improper use
Failure resulting from unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications
Issues arising from normal wear and tear
Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to:

General Warranty Conditions
